My Weight World's videos are very high quality and run in "Flash" format.  On most DSL or cable connections you should not see any slowing or skipping - if you do the problem is most likely due to your internet connection not working correctly.  However, if you are on a low end DSL or  dial up  you may frequently experience these types of issues due to your low connection speed - if that is the case there may be no way to fix the problem without upgrading your connection.  If you are using a wireless connection and experience slowness and/or skipping try using a direct connection through a cable to improve the showing of the videos.

Most of the events listed on My Weight World are set up by vendors and medical specialists and it is up to them if their event is open to the public or not.  My Weight World also schedules events and again some of these are open to the public and some only for MWW Members.

My Weight World offers two types of Membership Plans for the public - free and premium.  Free membership allows you access to some of the membership benefits of the website and premium membership is much more comprehensive.  Premium Members can access all of the extensive videos, articles, recepies, exercises, chat room and instant messaging that are on the site.  Premium Members can also view the MWW TV shows, on occasion are offered discounts in the MWW Store and travel.  We are confident that you will find the Membership fee to be very reasonable.

As a Free Member, you will be able to access Travel, Events, View Profiles, Can place your own profile on MYWW, access to the Store.  As a Premium Member, you have full access to all of the Articles, Videos, Tools and Calculators (Weight Tracker), Full Diets, Full Exercises, Full Recipes, Experts Corner, Tips of the Day, E-mail, Events Calendar, Forums and much more!
