What bodybuilding program do you use to put the most mass on?

Are most really all the same? Is it not better to increase your % of protein and reduce the bad carbs?
There are many different types of programs. So no there not all the same.
the fundamental rule would be to lift 8-12 reps per muscle and do the right number of sets to put on the most muscle.
The best workouts depends on what works best for that individual. Though you always want to follow the physiological rules. Your body does need rest to recover to dependent on the workouts. You do need to be sure your getting in the right volume of work in you routine so the proper number of sets, reps, time under tension, rest, and how frequently you are hitting those same muscle groups.
Nutrition is a whole other issue when it comes to what your body needs to pack on the muscle.
