The My Weight World Section for Exercises is dedicated to providing information from our fitness experts. In this section, you will find exercises either written or reviewed by our personal trainer to help you lose or maintain weight loss.

My Weight World strives to bring our members practical exercises that we feel are relevant to your goal of healthy living, weight loss and maintenance. Our exercises have been written or reviewed by fitness members of our Board of Advisors. Remember, these are for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Three Times A Week Body Builder
The following exercise program was designed to be used by those individuals that are somewhat serious about building, increasing and maintaining muscle size and growth. The exercises in all of the programs were designed for the main purpose of increasing muscle while combining some cardio on certain days as well. The cardio will help to keep you lean and allow for the muscles to be seen as fat layers are shed.

The following exercise program is a more advanced exercise program that will give you great results but requires dedication to 6 out of 7 day program! The exercises are intense but the results will be worth it.

The following exercise program was designed to be used to promote and encourage one learn a great muscle building program with the use of machines. This is a great program to use with your home equipment or take to your fitness center or gym. Staying motivated with this program will result in a body that is leaner, more defined with an increase in muscle.

Beginner Workout 12 Week Exercise Program
The following exercise program was designed to be used by any person that is looking to begin a good workout program that includes a variety of exercises, weight training and cardiovascular conditioning (cardio). This exercise program’s purpose is to promote and encourage one to stay motivated in the pursuit of becoming leaner with a tighter and more fit body. This program will also allow for some good definition without building bulky muscle.

Swiss Ball Home Workout Program
The following exercise program was designed to be used in conjunction with a Swiss Ball which can be purchased right on the My Weight World Store. This workout will help improve your core and make the midsection leaner. If you were ever wondering what those giant rubber balls were used for, then these series of exercises and programs will have you wanting to use a Swiss Ball in most of your workout routines all the time. Of note, this workout program does not use the Swiss Ball exclusively; however, on each core day it is used as part of the routine.

This exercise is an intense 6 day a week program equally divided between cardiovascular and weight exercises. This should lead to a lean muscular body.

Living in a fast paced society we always want the quickest way to do things. Everyone wants to get things done and see results immediately. With that being said when it comes to weight loss everyone wants fast weight loss results. Everyone needs to be cautious when considering losing large amounts of weight quickly, because this can lead to serious health conditions. There are healthy things you can do to lose weight as quick as possible while steering away from diet pills.
