Measuring your fat content accurately can be very important for many people to maintain their health and to be able to provide feedback to your doctor. Watch one of the My Weight World Dietitians demonstrate how to use a fat monitor device. Like any medical device, if you’re having problems using the equipment please check with your doctor.
